Well, now they're slashing our severance packages effective immediately. Safe to say that means even more layoffs are coming? (Oh sorry, I mean "career transitions plans.")

Reminder that you were all told today that your loyalty to the company is worth half of what it was worth yesterday. This last year was filled with horrible uncertainty. Many opted to stay and work hard to help them turn the company around. This was due to the security of the severance package. It’s time to go.
Thursday does seem to be a common day. Tomorrow would be a full day after the policy change to avoid any ambiguity. Buckle up!
