Block Scheduling

How will block scheduling effect the cashiers and COS'S.....what kind of schedule will they be given.

One would need to be on block scheduling to tell you but from what's I've heard. Applies to FT only and you get a choice of either opening or closing (6-2 or 1-10 based on what I've read in previous threads) and what days off you want and that choice is based on seniority. Now I've also read that some clubs have one opener. Lead MSS does a mid and a closer. So it'll probably be based on your club's volume.

I Was told the only time a COS would have to come in and stock would be only if they didnt have enough coverage due to vacations or call offs ,,im a COS and im out as soon as they try to close me every night or have me in at 4 am to do a floor assoc, job ,,im over this company at this point anyways so im going to ride it out until June or July ,,then im out
