Guess what? Anyone who has knowledge of this and doesn’t come forward is just as guilty! When the $hit does hit the fan, they will be held just as accountable. Sounds like this story has been share with a number of people. Makes one think it’s probably true!

$1 million dollars or jail time 🤔 Not a tough call.

Our code of conduct is a foreign language to management! I’ve seen manifests for the “ghost accounts”! Been told by LS that the worst part of quarter close is having all the “refusals” that come back to depot. Once the SEC catches wind, game over! Any driver that could use a million dollars ought to share a manifest, confidentially of course, with the SEC! That’s what you get! And a while lot of management can enjoy Martha Stewart’s room! Shame on them! People that invest in Mondelez ought to get what they pay for! I’ve had drivers tell me for years that they have had trailers of product that they had to drive around town at quarter close, only to take back to the depot at the end of the day to show as a refusal the next day. All to hit objectives. This information has been shared first hand to me! Shameful! Makes me sick to think of all the people being deceived!

Ghost trucks? Unpaid invoices? Inventory irregularities? Orders shipped at the end of the period and refused the next day? Have I seen it enough?

This really cannot surprise you, can it? This is very telling of the arrogant behaviors of all management! They believe they are untouchable! Between Dirks pay and the $13 million SEC violation, management continues to take this company down a very dark road! Having worked here since the beginning and experiencing this arrogance first hand, nice to see management is getting the credit publicly it deserves! More information will come out as time goes on...cats out of the bag!! This organization has set themselves up for huge spiral downwards! Investors would be smart to take their money and run, before shi$ hits the fan!
