Thread regarding Halliburton Co. layoffs

Layoffs this week

Layoffs In Williston, ND - April 8th/9th. Dozens of employees, from E-techs to Managers. Gone, they even do the layoff over the phone.

Do we know if there'll be more this week? If yes, any ideas on what's next on the list to be hit? I'm assuming areas that were already affected are now safe?

QUIT. Halliburton is a terrible place to work. Instead of being "safe" go somewhere else. Its not 2016- times are much better and there are great opportunities regardless of your role at HAL.

No one is safe. You are just a commodity, like pumps, blenders and sand. Management won't even blink when the spreadsheet shows red numbers and your number is up
