IRMA is hot garbage. I'm surprised that Amazon hasn't given us a better tool, but hopefully that's on the horizon now that Produce's Orderlink is being replaced with PAM.
You should see what new seasons uses to order...the scanner is an iPhone 5 for god sakes lol. Some orders are still faxed, didn’t even think faxes still existed. WF buying tools aren’t perfect but much better then many
Original poster is correct. IRMA is trash. It isn't hard to use but it IS trash. The reason we have to have our c-appy DVO guns running on pocket pc's from 2001 running an OS from 2009 is because newer technology doesn't work with IRMA. We do need faster better technology. On the other hand i remember when we had to use DOS to print tag batches so one step at a time.
The problem with IRMA is the same problem WF has with everything the lack of training. If you have time to play around with it really bit hard to use.

I don’t work for wf anymore so I can say that Irma is so f---ing simple compared to other systems out there. Stop complaining.
