Not sure that this is even worth posting but here it goes. Two part timers at my store that were employed from the beginning of the year were offered full time jobs. That seemed a little strange to me, and pised me off at the sam time, as a lot of experience and good performing long-timers were let go around the same period. Can we think of that as an “isolated incident” or can that be a beginning of a general trend of filing the positions of long time employees with younger and cheaper versions, so to say.

It's been like that for years. The DM's let go 2 years ago and then they brought the position back. Targeting older experienced workers. Lowe's doesn't care who you are. Look at the CEO. Marv took a job that paid Niblock double what he's getting.. He looks like the buffoon now. mo--n
