Come do my job welding inside the cars outside on a 100 degree day when it’s 125 degrees in the car for 8 hrs straight then we will see who the pu–y is. Ive done it 5 days a week for the last ten years.
Sure Warren B, especially when the Unions barely have rights due to the fact you pay them under the table and our Government doesn't help one bit
Just a former UP electrician, now furloughed. We lost guys with 10 years. Unions didn’t or couldn’t do squat. Best advise, protect your own butt and brush up on certs, quals, and resume/interview skills. No matter what lie they told us to keep up the production there was nothing we could do to protect our positions. It’s all about driving up the stock price and making tons of money for the share holders.
If it happens to you like it did for us, you have my condolences. Time to prepare.
