How can Target grow ? No payroll to operate any store . Turnover rates are outrageous because no one gets more than 5 hour shifts ... I see plenty of stores closing ..

I’d really like to meet the tool spouting off about no one “getting more than 5 hour shifts.” Utter and total BS.
I have tons of hours to fill here in Seattle, absolutely no truth to a TM not getting a raise for ten years. Annual raises, promotional opportunities, tuition reimbursement for you here.
Target does need to be unionized !!! I’m all for it .
If someone has been working in a Target store and hasn’t received a raise in 10 years, it’s look in the mirror time. S--- it up, get some skills, some education, better yourself and get after it!

At our store no hours even if there is a call out .. we were always able to pick up hours in the past not any more .. I don’t know what is going on .
Come to our store. We have tons of REAL people who actually work in a Real Target Store, everyone I know is being asked if they want to pick up hours.

I don’t know of anybody in our store that wants 5 hr shifts . They just lost what little benefits they had . And now need to find another job . Or rely on our wonderful government to pay for food stamps . Thanks Target !! We went from 40 hrs down to 20-25 .. You Guys in corporate enjoy your f---ing bonuses
