On sad thing is that Managers seem to continually hold the workers accountable. However, many of them don't want to be held accountable. I have been with AIG and seen this for many years. And the best of the best Managers do have their favorites and employees know it.
Everything about AIG is disturbing mid level managers hardly ever speak to you & walk right past you you are a nobody here in KC SS it’s pervasive and the ones older are in some sense stuck in between a rock & a hard place leave for what they don’t want to hire you after you hit a certain age so you hang on over worked under paid & definitely under appreciated this Co or organization (unorganized chaos) will reap the karma it is so successfully sown they have cut into WC so all bets are off now how much longer until this lob is moved overseas Manila KL it’s at best a c-ap shoot by now - anyone want to hazard a guess what’s in the offing - thanks
If you're older, white, and are earning a decent salary, you have a target on your back. So much for D&I
I saw someone on LinkedIn from I think Boston
exciting... wish I'll be included.
