I know this is layoff site, but this could effect layed off employees as well. Did I read the email today correctly that our AIP is changing and we may now get a zero payout compared to the guaranteed starting percentage? If this is the case, I hope the CEO doesnt get his yearly bonus as well. They keep taking more and more away. Last year anytime we spoke about a loss of money in some change they were making we heard "well remember the AIP coming out". Well now what? Constant lay offs, reduction in mileage payout, missing a year of pay raise (if not more). What's next?

Your leader determines your AIP. Subjective. Even tho I got 100% on my audits and the Verint showed I listed at 68% in compared with my coworkers at 52%. I got canned. For missing one thing. No mistakes allowed. None. But others can make mistakes. I even had a case going on with HR in this regards to being harassed. The place was hostile, terrible. Here it is, after 1 a.m. and I can't sleep. I know this is temporary but c-ap. I am SO close to retirement. I didn't need this.
AIP? Its all subjective. Your leader has it all in their hands. IF they are a jack a-- they will continue to be a jack a--. you won't get it or only a portion. This is the way of it. Subjective as hell.
2018 This is the income they are pulling in.

NOTE: Bruce's pay doubled in 2016.
AIP can be adjusted by leader. Your target can be multiplied or even reduced, however if reduced there has to be justification similar if you were extraordinary and you're leader wanted to give you more.
Social Workers and RN's had no choice as Humana contracted with Network Providers to take over HAH Care Manager positions, they were able to wipe hands clean of no fulltime employees, no longer need to pay hourly salary, mileage, contribute to 401k's, layoff Managers that worked endless hours that went through constant change as well. Don't forget, when HAH started, Humana was reimbursed by Medicare, Humana went at a fast pace in the beginning, hiring like crazy, such a great program for members, not enough pocket money for Humana.
Just the facts, not bitter, still have a job that I love, not sure when changes are coming.
How many RN and Social workers are left in the HAH HCCP program. I know 20 RNs that have left in the three months
No it was the same last year. if you performed poorly your leader could have given you zero bonus
.....continued layoffs and/or attrition--- but I suspect the leadership is counting on attrition..... ..not sure how folks are managing through all this chaos.
remember all the big fish that jumped off the boat first? that was a hint of where the company is going.
What’s next is more layoffs
