OP, are you not satisfied with your pay at PSG 21? Go check what other corporations are paying for someone with your skills. You’ll realize what you are being paid is good enough. You’re forgetting that Chevron also pays out a bonus every year, provides a pension and an excellent 401k matching program. Still not satisfied?

Psg 24 in a refinery, not a chance. Petrotech... possibly but that’s a stretch. I agree, 22-23 unless you’re consistently a 2+ or 1 performer

7 years is more like 22-23 in a Petrotech role. 24 is a stretch.
