The addition of 4 key holders to the building will eliminate 3 assistant managers in the building most likely 3rd quarter. They will expand regional vp’s next year and dump Market Mangers in 2020. This model is a direct reflection of Costco’s operation. Club Managers will report directly to them to eliminate the middle.

I would doubt there would be a pay raise. Night TL have been doing this for years without extra compensation.
Key holder allows the associate to up the post-nominals after their name.
People are mocking this post but if fresh associates can earn more money for doing their simple job, those that get the lovely distinction of being in charge of the building while there are no coaches should get a pay increase as well.
