Yes all stopped by the new nazi bosses. No wonder employees are motivated. Can’t have a drink on a Friday, or barbecue or golf and then they replace all the freebies with performance reviews and goals and objectives. What a joke way to motivate the employees!

Back in the day we would have been having a few beers today and cooking our own burgers on the barbecue at this very moment on a Friday. Good times!

WHy not get managers in Aberdeen who know what they are doing. Bring back Norwegian managers they know better than this clowns here just like when they got them in stoneywood to sort the mess there

push push at baker bridge of don by the middle management. pressure on the shopfloor workforce to work all day Saturday and sunday as the order book is healthy. are any of them coming in to show support? like hell they are. they still do the dress down Fridays as that is them off for the weekend. most of the guys on the shopfloor are not mugs and can see this. if they want to see the company prosper then as we keep being told they should also step up to the plate. place is a joke, too many chiefs and not enough Indians.

That’s one of the problems with this company . You couldn’t just get your head down and work. Too many interruptions and managers too dumb to see that and didn’t know how to manage. Client focus and job performance not priorities. That’s why this mess. Bad management. Aberdeen the worst.
