Instead of complaining here, do something about it and leave. It is no one’s fault but yours at this point. It is not new hires fault (from my experience, old timers loved to blame and throw them under the bus, causing very talented potentials to leave or try to get fired), not leadership’s fault, not the economy, not retail industry, etc. It falls on you to take action. You go anywhere else, you don’t get to act that way, so start practicing now.

@Z7SlDVB-vgb reading comprehension not so great
Yeah, I am sure you single handedly made all that happen. Gold star for you!
Hint: It is called team work and not being a--hole to people you work with. Not being able to get along with others is not a work quality other companies want to hire.
You mean all the “old timers” who worked there when sales were great, morale was high, store employees cared, and bonuses were plentiful...but were pushed out to make room for all you “rain makers”?
Got it. Slow clap for you too.
And I couldn’t care less about your “thumbs down”. You are obviously one of the whiners.
Triggered much dumb a? Pull the stick out of your butt. It is supposed to be a board about pending layoffs, yet most of the posts as of late are just people here whining. That gives ZERO new information about anything other than complaining. Obviously what I said was true or you would not feel the need to be such a d*. That is the Academy way after all!
So...you just hang out around on a layoff information board to shame people or what? Give me a break. Hard to trot around on that high and mighty horse when you are slumming it here with the rest of us peasants. This board gives people who are frustrated a safe space to harmlessly vent. Get over yourself and pull that stick out of your butt.
Thumbs down from me
