Voluntary Early Retirement Program (VERP) handed out at my Facility. Need to be a total 72 years with Employment and Age. Package is one years salary plus five years Health Insurance naturally paying your share cost of Health Insurance.

The VERP package states, Health Insurance is for up to 5 years or until you turn 65 years of age, which ever comes first. If you go to work for a competitor your insurance will stop immediately, if your new employer is not a competitor but offers insurance through it's company that you can purchase, then your NOV insurance will end ....... this is of course if only you decide to take the VERP and if you even decide to go to work after taking it.
