No COS deserves the random job promotion and pay raise for absolutely nothing. Huge slap in the face to the current front end lead.

Our stand around talking a lot to each other or kissing the front end manager butt. I do see them working hard at times.
Our COS work very hard.. They deserve everything they can get. I’m not a Cos but I see how difficult their job is .. constantly yelled at to make sure the associates get plus and credits .. NEVER and I mean NEVER enough help.. they’re on the register all the time. Pretty sad how everybody on this site thinks their job is the hardest and nobody else works as hard as they do blah blah blah ...our even goes out and pushes carts. Shameful. They have not been told about any raise .. But I sure hope it’s true ..
Absolutely agree giving raises to the piss poor supervision they already give. In our club we can’t find them half the time, they so f---ing lazy.
