What's the atmosphere like at GM after February?

Of course morale is terrible. People still there have more work with same pay. Plus there are supposed to be more cuts in 2020.

Future vehicle programs are still suffering with fewer people...not being ready for review gates and skipping some deliverables. The concern is that programs will be delayed and/or GM quality and vehicle safety may become impacted.

The general consensus is that things s---.

Management is acting as if headcount is the same as it was 4 months ago. Work isn't getting done, or is getting done poorly. Program milestones are now just suggestions with things being late. Buy hey, we managed to keep some low performers, so we've got THAT going for us.
