How many long term associates have been made to feel that they had to stop down or their job was in jeperdy or have been pushed out by mgnt to get there friends in. Even someone in at a lesser rate of pay. This happened to a friend of mine he's been road hard to be finally quit.

The number of people who feel victimized, and post on this site, is off the charts 🙄
I think they want all the long term assoc to quit so they dont have to pay out unemployment ..then they can bring in young kids and temps for low pay ..this company has become such a sh-- hole nobody wants to be there
Lol 1st reply comes from a 26 year term associate, do your job and you'll be fine. The koolaid drinkers are the ones blaming everyone else rather then looking in the mirror and take some responsibility for themselves!!!
Personality clashes / differences / conflicts are the number one reason management seeks to get rid of someone !! The first reply is either from a koolaid drinker or a manager used to telling that same lie. If a manager does not like you or is indifferent to you , you have to work above and beyond to be even quasi safe. If they do not like your personality you are not allowed to slide like their favs.
My guess if there trying to get associates to step down, has to do with lack of production, and the ability to run there dept, then trying to get there friends in.
