norcal is struggling to just keep it’s head above water.current leadership is making wfm irrelevant no new ideas to help reduce labor or to re-focus on customers and team member retention or incentives but as long as all leadership store,regional and global get off their butts and start filling holes at stores that are understaffed.current wfm tradition is stl’s make poor decisions and they blame teams for decisions made by themselves and it’s a team thing not us .
