Is there anybody here who can identify anything positive to come out of all the changes that have been implemented in the past year? Anything that you could point to and say, yes this is much better and it's made us a better organization than we were before?
I personally can't. But maybe I'm missing something.
The positive thing as I have learned to be more calm.i stopped focusing so much on lowes and try to focus on my home life.i put my energy in that now . There is no use working hard for something than may let you go on a whim. Go do less ! (At least at work)

So for lowe’s error they lost $190 in sales when you add the other product. I won’t say what the product is. Let them find and fix it.
I can’t think of a single thing that is better.
Less staffing, lower wages, less product on the shelves or in top stock, products spread all over the store so you can find them when you need them, tens of thousands of Lowes employees out of work, stores closed.

You are correct. EVERY implementation and roll out has worsened the company and in NY/NJ, customers are leaving in droves.
Now, Marvin removed all Pro seats. No chairs at Pro desks. Customers are like wtf? How does Lowes expect you to stand to work up deck plans, then 100 products?
