IBM launches apprenticeship program at Baton Rouge center

IBM launched its apprenticeship program at its Baton Rouge center on Tuesday as the company works to

meet its job quote before its June deadline in order to receive funding from the state.

So apprentices count toward making the headcount incentive? Seems like some sketchy accounting definitions. . .

And why does this sound familiar?

Oh yeah, because IBM pulls this c-ap in every shanty town they setup shop in.

In the end it will not matter if they hit their quota because city-state will cave in to IBM.

Why these cities end up giving IBM any advantage over other companies is not fair at all.

Anyone working in these centers should be ashamed of themselves.

Maybe they should create Board and Senior Executive apprenticeship programs.
