Can any one tell me what is the average pay increase, bonus and Rsus this year for oci engineers.

OP ... Whatever the average was, if you have to ask, I'm sure that you are wee below it!
The only way to get a raise is when you are a very critical member of a team and cannot be replaced because you alone know the pile of code that has been gathering over years by people who had no idea what they are doing. And that is when you directly ask for it.
