Lenovo has pulled out because service division does not have enough people to repair laptops, desktops and keep up with logo business.
It is insane that customers pay for a premium service and wait weeks to get it due to layoffs and the shifting of experienced workers to other divisions.
All this why they hire labor at ridiculous low salaries to replace legacy workers who have a wealth of product knowledge.
The future of service of IBM HW is in peril as most legacy people are in 50-60’s with 30+ years of service.
