A real employee celebration block party!! I’ve seen this company put money towards foolishness and barely anything to appreciate their employees! Employees could benefit from offsite team meetings lazy leadership gets it! How about bring back the old bonus structure. How about stop beating around the bush and keep it real with your employees and not have a kickoff then weeks later oh by the way we’re closing!
Getting tired of these emails congratulating people on a job well done with their customers! That’s what your suppose to do!
Happy endings Wednesday...Hump day!!!!
I remember this one switch manager that was never on time with his deadlines. The manager wouldn't listen to other managers and directors, would constantly fight when it comes to more work being given. This manager was then pushed to a field group and is still a sham artist.
Stop keeping and promoting these fools for 20+ years. Keep your knowledgable work force and have them work with managers that actually care about employees rather than throwing everyone under the bus. Everyone knows who these managers are. It's time for them to clean house with these non-performing managers and stabilize employee growth while building a regional fiscal surplus.
Fire IT executive directors and above and bring in people that actually know how to run an IT organization instead of a bunch of a-- kissers that don’t have a clue. It is ridiculous how they screwed up a decent organization.
Super EISP.
Instead of just randomly dropping a c-appy training system maybe setup things for people at least some basics or targets for their current job or a job why might want.
I’m supposed to setup the parameters of my job and put in the training I need? Maybe my manager or leadership should throw some input in there and put some investment in there people.
@2kqw, when your partner flies.
Bwahahahahahahaha
or, being that you're unrepresented, nah.
Sell off landline then so an EISP can be offered to wireless.
A VSP's possible, for management. An EISP is not in the cards unless you're landline..
Offer a VSP + EISP to all wireless employees

@1rkn, don't be so quick in attaching the drinking label to associates. The overwhelming majority of alcoholism-related issues that I have had to deal with over the past 21 years have been non-associate.

Great question. Replace the IT (GTS) leadership team and invest in the whole IT team to restore morale.
Care as much as our leadership. So, that means pretend to work for as long as I can. I love going home at the end of the day knowing I got paid to not do c-ap. I care about the company as much as my leadership. So I’m going to get paid to sit on the toilet, text on my phone, go on social media, pretend to make calls, take long lunch breaks, take 15 min breaks, half a55 anything I do, not care about customer needs. That puts a smile on my face :D
vows are meaningless @ozx. vows are a lot like a lip service credos. actually do better, don't just vow to
Get rid of you.
Admit that you treat your employees poorly and vow to do better
