I remeber those days. We got alot and we gave back to the company willingly because we were so proud to be a part of a company that wowed guests when they walked through the door. It was great! Now when people leave it's because they feel beaten and blindsided.
ahhh i remember when we had annual team builds and the company would rent vans and truck the whole front end to the beach for a picnic.....or the job dialogues that took place off site and your team leader bought you lunch(and you got paid)....the good ol days...for the life of me i wish i could find my benefits package from 2000 to compare to what we have now....thanks mackey and your obeisance to "venture capital"........and now big daddy bezo dont wanna hear no guff,no union talk,take your 15$ and deal with labor shortages with a good corporate smile to go with your corporate tee shirt...
