Clearly these negative posts are upper management. Significant change in our leadership starting late January. We've been wondering what potential bonuses bosses will get if enough staff are 'convinced' to leave so those severances do not need to be paid. Talk about transparency 😂

I don't care what your role is but you clearly don't understand this site and you are very negative to those who are using this site for what it's meant to be. Very judgemental to call someone lazy re a job search. Who says anyone is job searching. Go find another site.
Neither am I Buddy. You have no idea what my role is at AIG. I like it that way. Waiting to get Rif'd is the lazy way to motivate your job search. Complaining about a bad company will not garner much sympathy from anyone. It's much easier to find a job while you're still employed. There is no free lunch.
Post ID: @ZBjyTSZ-tgw you seem a little controlling. Yes the sky is falling for some employees and if you don't like the posts stay off them. We aren't going anywhere buddy until we are RIF'd so how do you like that.
OK. Now what? I fail to see what motivates these posts. The sky isn't falling. Go out and find another job. Problem solved.
