My job got cut a long time back. Don't assume that I am here for revenge or trolling you people still there. One of my besties is still there hanging on by a thread. Get over yourself and your judgemental ways. Sheesh!

Once I was laid off, it was easy to find another job. but the culture shock was too much. Pay was bad and the already established employees thought I made more than them. It was a hostile place, until I quit went back to college. I do realize how good I had it back in Kmart.
Knowing how hard it was for me to spread my wings, I really feel your pain. My new job just doesn't pay as much, plus I have to reprove my worth. Still, keep on trying! There are greener pastures. Just never give up!
I eventually got so rundown I was to sick to work so I quit. Getting another job has been a lot harder than I thought it would be. I was treated poorly it was obvious they wanted me gone before new company took over. They tried to set me up so I would do something that would get me fired. They were furious and screamed at me when that didn't work. The Store manager even sunk so low as to try to prevent me from clocking out so I would go over 6 hours to at least get another point on my record. I know it was just a stupid c-appy job but I'm finding it hard to move on. I tried as hard as I could and it wasn't good enough. My heart is broken. As pathetic as it is there was so little else in my life just feel empty
I am the OP. I wouldn't be concerned about the downfall if it wasn't for my friend sweating it out every day. Nice competent people have no problem with finding a better company to work for. I get a laugh from the defensive reply and feel empathetic towards all of you. Best of luck in your future endeavors!
Life is tough man.
It's not worth getting butthurt over a Sears chat forum.
