When I got the talk from my GM I was told there were no raises with this change. If some remember last summer that all the part timers were getting hours cut because they had to meet labor dollars. HO is just waiting for associates, leads and managers to terminate their positions just to get clubs to become fulfillment centers. No more cashiers just scan and go and self checkout. There will only be service desk employees and stockers. Get real folks this is your clue to get hell out. If you stay long enough for the next Sam's share payout maybe then reality will kick in. Members want to deal with real people not technology. It only opens the door to more fraud. Good luck to you all.

🗣 if you been with the company for 10 years and only make $11 an hour, you're doing something wrong. Dont blame the lesds or even Sam's.
Leads making double than me and I have been with the company 10 years what a bunch of bs. I know for a fact a do a lot more than a couple of the leads we have in our club. This is depressing way to go Sam's club
Gm have conversations tomorrow raise effect Saturday for leads
My. Gm told me yesterday I was getting a pay bumb to 22 this Saturday witch is a new pay period so lol
