JPMC has gear from the big 3. Whose to say they didn’t purchase from whom when? Fake news all around this place, but reality is, NetApp still s---s. Get over it.

I'm down in Tampa, FL. My entire team was just laid off. Told to contact partners. Happy Thursday!

The volume of negative information about NetApp in general is because of all the layoffs, I’m sure. A lot of disgruntled employees. Based on the volume of information being shared and validated, I don’t see them surviving in general especially if they are losing large customers like JPMC to Dell.

NTAP is not perfect but why all this negativity?

Almost 100%? There is no evidence for that.

Also, grammar and spelling. When you said "through" did you mean "threw".

Are you a troll?

Couldn’t agree more with JPMC’s comment. I’m a former employee with 8 years. I’m 55 and I was let go due to my age. I’m joining a pending class action lawsuit against them because of the situation. Do yourselves a favor. Find a new company to work for. The old NetApp is dead. Screw the NEWCO.

Why would anyone buy NetApp in general unless it’s SolidFire? CDOT is way too complicated in general and businesses are seeing that in turn investing in better technologies as a whole. The market no longer purchases storage hence Nutanix. Why would anyone spend a dime on NetApp? With almost 100% of their technical staff being laid off over the past few months, it doesn’t seem NetApp has anything to offer unless it’s through a partner relationship in general. That tells me everything I need to know. NetApp is dead at the world’s largest bank. We through them out of the building yesterday when we signed a multimillion dollar deal with Dell. Why? Their people. Enough said.

Completely late to the game. NetApp is a sinking ship. Microsoft should put a bullet in them.
