Team Leads are going to $18.00 per hour with a cap of $24.30.

You do know that sooner, rather than later, WMT as well as Target, Home Depot etc will have a $15 entry wage (minimum)?
This is all just a precursor to having to pay $15 an hour for workers once the job market gets too hard to find a decent pt worker.
You think the WMT side of the corporation just said “he’ll yeah, give thousands of Sam’s people more money, no worries!!”
Wake up and realize corporate is smarter than most of us on how to run a corporation.
So did they raise the max cap on all levels, A B and C, or is it just for the C crowd and wbat are the max caps going to?
Increasing the cap is useless when you only get 2% raise 😂
They did raise the max pay.....so idk where you’re getting your info from.
But yes if a TL currently makes the minimum or above the minimum, this raise doesn’t effect then at all. However, with the max being raised they now have potiental to make more.....so what’s the issue?
I have been a teamlead at my club for 7 years I love being a teamlead however I don't love only making 15.30 an hour this raise bumps me up to everyone else so please keep b--ching

So, your mad because you are over the minimum? Instead of being happy for others getting a bump. You turn a positive around into a negative and play the whoa is me card. You must be a great TL. Im sure you k--l it at your club
If you are a long term associate and are making more then the new amount you get nothing.
