Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Hello. My name is Xxxxx and I just quit.

Thats right! Quit. From Xxxxxxxxx, NY store as a Pro Specialist.

From day 1, I was targeted by my Pro Supervisor unethically, and violently.

He has psychological issues any sane person can see immediately, and he confessed to us all he

has hyperactivity, OCD, and more. Imagine working with a manager, in this environment of Lowes, with a HYPER manager who cannot calm down, and obsesses over everything!

As we work estimates and help customers, he interrupts 7 times in 5 seconds! He makes someone on crack look calm. He is so hyper, and inexperienced that he doesnt have priorities, rather, delusions of what needs to be done. Let that sink in people.

And when we go to HIS superiors (ASM and Store Manager), they make excuses in his behalf and blame us, the employees. The victims trying to serve customers.

They all lie, and threaten. Each time I went to management, I was lied to. They are all criminals if you ask me, and everyone in that store knows it.

Good riddance. I dont need unprofessional liars, and unethical, inexperienced clowns threatening me daily.

Lowes is a terrible place to work, and Xxxxxxxxx is ground zero.

I contacted many above my District Manager too. No one cares. Or, they are just too lazy or incompetent to do anything.

PS - Pro customers should run, and run away fast. I saw 1st hand what Lowes does and thinks of you. And none of it is good.

Most people can call EEOC on them. I have a case currently for discrimination. Age and Wage they are calling it. Lowe's is trying to settle before it even comes to court. They dont want these things out in public. Hey I'll take my 50K and walk away smiling..

this is all true. because i worked next to this guy as pro loader. this guy was hired as pro loader part time with no retail experience then moved rt into pro specialist at 21 an hour. more than the guys who put time in and know everything about the job and then they were upset because they were told to train this guy.

i was full time pro loader and quit too because mainly the same reason as the specialist - the manager he talkin bout! the guy was completely whacked out and would always be doin people in. doin people nasty. like diabolical.

he was the worst and i cant believe he still there. but man, that store was the absolute worst. they were supposed to get me a jacket for winter i never got. i sat outside 8 hours a day freezing. i had to buy my own winter jacket. then they took my stool away. i had to stand outside waiting to load pro customers in january!!!!!!!!!!!!

this guy is factual on his assessment but he too was kind of lazy. when he was pt with me all he did was talk all day. he was a bs'er and he never shut up. but hey, thats who store manger hired. then promoted to specialists with no experience.

most in that store have no experience and the experienced ones are targeted and treated very badly. i felty bad for roba nd rich always unloading trucks and being yelled at. i had enough and quit after they targeted steve and fired that 15 yr employee and then started targeting me. that pro lumber supervisor targets everyone wrongly and all he does is try an do em in.

The best is when a person blames everyone else for their problems. If everyone else is the problem it is then very obvious that you are the actual problem.

This was posted last night by someone who used their own name. It was getting many replies. I guess the mods were up all night scrubbing it down. Truth is still there without names. Theme applies to all stores. Lowe’s is on fire and Marvin is gasoline.
