Worked for this company for 23 years. Went from one dept. to the overnight shift in clothing,these people that come in here are so dirty and rude,they throw clothes around as your trying to fold. Oh are club went to the day stocking in Feb. it s---s can't really get anything done the club look's awful half empty, holes everywhere it's embarrassing . Some employee's hang around in group's do nothing all day, take half hour break's, 2 hour lunch's sometime's nothing is done about it,just do a time adjustment & manager's let them. Sit up at the cafe table's and talk for as long as they want while the other employee's are working there a--'s off and helping all the member's in the store including there area as they sit. So I'm done before Christmas RETIREMENT YES.

Team leads on the 3:00 a.m. shift drive around on the forklifts blaring music, they take the big boom boxes off the displays,play rap music with crude lyrics and when you complain to a manger they do nothing, I was told years ago that loud music was a safety issue with the forklifts. And if it not them doing it then it's the dumb a-- in the meat dept. doing the same thing, not everyone want's to listen to that c-ap at work. And speaking of fellow employees I looked over at the book dept. and there were 6 employees standing there talking for quite some time, some never wear vest's because they don't want to be bothered by any member's. This is why our club here looks so bad & dirty with basket's of trash everywhere,go back's not done ,in our club front end is responsible for those, so if I fine them in my dept. guess what it goes back up front .
Call ethics for what? they don't give a sh--! and the market manager all they think about is there numbers!!!!!!
Why don’t you call ethics or the market managers boss.
Yeah, time to retire
