So the only leads not getting a pay raise are the marketing leads.

My only guess will be that because they are taking away the MTL's department but not the position they can justify not giving a raise but also not offering a severance. MS Leads will be over all functions of member service on Saturday.
I wish all I did was sit in my ***. Maybe the club you work at has a bad marketing lead. You clearly don't have any idea how much most marketing leads do.
Raise for what sitting on your a--. Your position will be eliminated soon along with a few managers.
