For a change, this one is actually true. But I don't think anyone will join because of the history.

Nowhere near worth it... I never got the bonus, but was paid ok at 27 an hr. But I still left sears due to the constant abuse by management. After 5 years and multiple complaints filed against management by executive type higher up people with no manager being removed, I removed myself from the equation. Happy stress free life now. Leave sears while you can and if your thinking about taking an offer of employment.... Lol do your research first and run away quick.
