So just think about it, they want us to use the feed back from all the sudden for associates and leads not for good feedback but poor performance...not a badge for that! We are to put any little thing in there cell phone usage,not getting audits or 4x4 notes done then we can coach on any level?! This is scarry we have many families livelyhood in our hands. Just remember to have a conscious. I'm sick of being told "put it in there feedback" or coach them by upper management (GM) I will not do that. Especially if I did not witness said act. They have access to a computer YOU DO IT! these raises will come with a cost mark my words. Whether you have no associates then they will come to you that you cant do your job because guess what you have no employees and ultimately it falls on you. You can follow management's request but at what cost? Gauramted you will be the next getting the feedback on performance they didnt give you these raises for nothing..watch your butts and take care of your associates.

Not only that they’re some (Managers and team leaders ) abusing the block schedule system for their friends coding them with a certain job to avoid a closing shift, which isn’t fair to other associates.. I pray HOME OFFICE start holding mangers and GM accountable for their BIAS behavior
