Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Oh puhleeze!

Everyone in the buildings are over whelmed, crying, and looking for other jobs. Deadlines are unachievable. Higher ups are more worried about what the store looks like and how it's laid out rather than taking care of our members. Then we give keys and pay raises to leads. Y'all think that's bad. Team leads are now making more hourly than most managers are. I go to bed every night hoping they get rid of me as an asst manager. Figure it out.. to break even with the pay raises, it equals 2 salaried managers salary's. Be prepared folks. Things will get tougher. No need for 6 asst managers. You will see half of them cut around Sept or Oct, just so they can make sure they don't have to pay out Sam's share. Welcome to management, team leads...the pressure will now be on you. Trust me, the pay is not nearly enough.
