I had this problem and have heard Xerox employees have experienced erroneous checks with incorrect withholding and other issues. Resolution Has taken months. Mine has yet to be resolved and the error was over $1500. Just another Thorn.

Non-GIS here. I what called legacy xerox. They “made an error” and only gave me part of my pension. When I called they said basically “oops” and fixed it. My brain concern there are many who didn’t notice and suspect Xerox isn’t actively going to fix that “mistake”

Are you talking Xerox or HCL pay? I have never heard of a Xerox person having an issue with pay before. I mean isn't everyone salary and you just get the same amount every pay?
There definately has been some HCL pay issues when getting people first set up and it takes them 3 pay cycles for resolution.
