Xerox is the best at hiring the most unethical scum bags for senior leadership roles. Best in class!
Xerox is great at hiding reality from the stock market, cronyism, and an ability to convince those predisposed to “believing”.

Xerox is great at s---ing every last drop of integrity and honesty from the once great Xerox brand name. The brand is now Carl Icahn scum and greed tainted. With scum at the top, scum oozes down through the organization. The scum C suite, Ps, VPs, managers and sales reps are festering like maggots on feces, except there’s not going to be much to feast on for much longer.

Xerox is by far the BEST at picking a company to outsource jobs to, HCL is the most incompetent bunch of mo--ns I've ever encounted! They have F'd up EVERYTHING they've managed to touch!

Other than to keep your own sanity and not cry everyday over what has transpired - NO ONE could have anything good to say about Xerox and what is taking place.
If this isn’t a Xerox troll and is really an employee going thru the BS like everyone else, you need to direct your efforts into RESUME, JOB SEARCH, EDUCATION

Well Xerox has a lot of legacy and history (good and bad) that it built up over the years.
Xerox is really good at cutting benefits for their employees, freezing raises for their employees, caring only for their bottom line and shareholders and not employees and customers. Let’s see, what else? Paying JohnV an insane amount of money to dismantle the company. They are great at outsourcing their tenured, dedicated employees to an incompetent foreign company called HCL. They are great at ignoring the very people who made them successful. They are great at sending out emails about people at the very top, congratulating them in circle jerk fashion.
I would say that XRX's biggest strength is their ability to seemingly tell falsehoods to their employee base with little or no effort.....they truly have it down to a science. Also, the have shown a great ability to cut costs through slashing benefits to their employees, removing merit increases, firing high performing employees that happened to make a decent dollar, and by hosing over their customer base with shoddy customer service.
Also could toss in their shadiness with withholding payments to vendors to make their expenses look less horrific. They are REALLY good at that. And also their consistency in making bad business decisions, case in point the HCL debacle that was done with little foresight, planning, or thought of unintended consequences for going that direction to both the employee and customer bases.
So yeah, Xerox does SO MUCH WELL.
At xbs it’s the sales/service teams. We still care about our customers needs. Get your acts together and grow up and do your jobs.
Imo, Xerox biggest strength is it’s ability to use beareaucracy to make the lives of their employees and customers a living hell.
