We just received training on the new and improved communication services offering. What a joke. It used to be Centralized Print Services, then Communication Management Services. Now it’s Digital Hub and Cloud Print Services. Truth is, We can’t deliver on these services. We outsource the work to a third party provider, use contract labor, and all Xerox does is jack up the price to the customer by 20%. Our delivery operation is completely unqualified to deliver these services. The so-called Sales Specialists are a laughing pathetic fumbling team ever since the VP and qualified reps quit. How Xerox can get away with multimillion dollar contracts for shi##y services is borderline fraud. If only the customers knew the truth. Any honest sales rep can’t sell these services in good conscience.
