Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

I don't think they really thought this through

The goal might have been to get people to quit, but it might have worked a little too well. We are losing people left and right - and I'm not sure there are too many eager replacements who actually know what to do.

This might turn out to be one of Sam's biggest mistakes yet...

You are wrong. If someone needs a job and have to pay there own way instead of all the moochers living off there parents then they will work and they will not know of the old schedules. Problem is everyone thinks Sams is going to close because they make changes but they been making changes as long as I can remember. Everyone is replaceable including myself. None of us knew anything and what to do when we first started and we were trained to do our job and new people will be trained as well. You are never going to read that a Sams had to close because they did not have enough people working. Im not saying they might be short handed a few weeks that happens alot but people will work this new block scheduling and if you refuse you will not have a job and you will be replaced wit( someone who will work those hours.
