Funny how insite hasn’t worked properly for several days! Haven’t been able to see schedule or myday for the 3rd day now! Our tech team is doing a phenomenal job! Aren’t they? 🙄

I can't get in either. Maybe they should have taken some of the 9 million dollars that were paid out to senior management and used it to create a better system. But since I'm one of the 3900 employees let go they probably don't want me to get in anyway. Thanks Macy's!

Can not access schedule due to reliability site not working. How to gain access toinsite schedule
It was stated that reliability would be based on a 13 week average beginning around June 2nd (the actual date kept changing). We began being penalized on the 3rd week. For about 3 weeks we have not been able to print our schedules at the register, view our schedules on Insite in the store, on our home computers or online via our cell phones. The computers in the employee break room were disabled and therefore unusable. We are now penalized for either clocking in late or not clocking out on-time even though we have not had adequate access to our schedules for 3 weeks. Macy's knows this is a problem yet they still choose to penalize us.
They seem to be begging for a Class Action Law Suite.
Correction: the reliability page disappeared BEFORE I could agree or disagree. Anybody having the same issue?
After system restoration I saw the reliability page for the first time but it disappeared on me because I could complete agree or disagree. So now that the 7 days are passed ( ah! Of which one whole week of no access to My Day) are we still going to be penalized for unaddressed reliability?
Doesn't/ hasn't worked for me in over 3 days. I'm on call and really need to see shifts in order to pick up.
Not good. I’ve been on vacation this whole time. Never late. But i surely will have some pending items for staying after my shift based on other colleagues. It’ll be pretty funny if i return next Tuesday and am in red status for going the extra mile. Plus i wanted to look for shifts. Co worker told me they’re having a hard time filling shifts and are literally calling associates because no one outside of the store can see the available shifts
4 days without access to scheduling....the new reliablity issue has broken the system. They keep saying it will be fixed today - that was 4 days ago.
Works on location, will not work on personal devices, primarily that new Reliabilty page.
Day 4 of no access to MyDay on i site. Everything else works except my day. Even PTO section works. Just can’t see schedules. Page fails to load. No associate in our building or at nearby locations can access. Nog on computer, phone, or tablet. So, it is system wide.
I can’t access it on my iPhone either!
Did you put in a ticket?
It’s not working for any associates in our location as well as the other locations in our area (per management). So it’s not ME.
