Just empty words. What they may refer to as customer care is half a?§ at best and useless on top of that! Best in customer experience is a joke, no one cares about our customers or the employees, they are just numbers on a ledger sheet to fool the bankruptcy court and pay the top executives their unearned bonuses. The plan is to ruin what was good and finish with a bang up full fledge ch 7, nothing else makes sense. Why else would TT destroy the few good parts of the company that are left!
