All I have seen is his commitment to reaching Corbat's unattainable desire to meet 2.5b$ in cost reductions by 2020 but cutting FTE's who are above 50, but were foundational in creating the systems we have today. It also seems coinincidental that outsourcing is in part being farmed out to Accenture, where he was previously employed for 3 years.
Its a tough sell to advocate collaboration and co-location when the majority of Dev is being moved offshore. That is contratdictory and creates hardship in establishing mutually beneficial 'green zone' hours where NAM based teams can synch up with offshore.
This company has become top heavy with oversight of various divisions, and sub-oversight, has impaired the ability to deliver via discriminatory ageism of FTE's and has used collaboration at 5 key sites as a workforce reduction mechanism - a take it or leave it approach allows them to duck out of paying severance.
But he was the 2016 Digital Banker of the Year.
