I'm hearing that DS with flooring, paint and home decor will be split. Separating flooring and paint. Also inside LG and seasonal become one.
Any truth to this?

They are splitting paint/www and flooring however I got this from 2 ASM and the floor DS that covers flooring. They are not hiring for a position they are going to rotate area managers or DS every 6 months. So if you are in flooring you will have a new manager and different way of doing things every 6 months.

Lowe's is in trouble. Lawsuits, payouts, contracts broken early with fees, and sales down.
Lowe's will continue to cut positions and staff. The main overhead for retail is staff.
Expect to "do more with less" for years, possible forever the way Monkey is running things.

In my store, ISLG and OSLG have had one supervisor since department supervisors returned.
yes. in my store 1,192, they have eliminated the ISLG Dept manager, and now one guy runs both oslg and islg - good luck with that!!! busiest two depts, Again, another monstrously mo--nic move by monkey Marvin
I heard they are replacing all DMs with Alexa and Waze. Turn left at isle 00, rerouting, rerouting, see customer service.
In my area, all the good dms have left for some reason.
