I tried googling for news, other than this site, about the Sears outage last week. Bupkus.
It's very true that Sears/Kmart have become irrelevant. There are so few stores left that it's not even on anyone's radar. I actually saw an ad in the Sunday paper for Kmart yesterday, first time in a long time, but it wasn't even a circular.
Hello. Special Ed has nearly 500 attorneys coming at him right this minute! Thinking that he even has the time or money to sue some website now is ludicrous. He will fall into the legal meatgrinder and turn into sausage before he can do that to anyone else. Paper Tiger.
