So how are clubs without the PTCs? Block scheduling, jobs eliminated left and right, low morale to say the least and more understaffed than ever. So glad I took severance and left! I feel bad for the people who are stuck there. Get out now! They will get rid of you without a thought

I’ve been with company for many years and this is the WORST I’ve ever seen it!! Understaffed BIG TIME!!! Scheduling cart and desk people to come in to do nothing at 6am on a Sunday but then when we are busy we don’t have them scheduled!! Who the heck thought of all this ?? It’s all ridiculous.. from the two associates at each register, no HR person, block scheduling and team leads with the company 6 months making the same as team leads with the company 10 years !! It’s truly a mess !!
