I'm lead Baker at my store.always had Monday Tuesday off our slow days.the other Baker only bakes my ,2 days off and my vacations.hes been there longer so block schedule put me off Thursday friday.i will not be able to get ready for weekends.pods.holidays.lets see how that works for them.i will not pick up slack.plus I have my grandkids Monday, tuesday.do they care,no.and bringing Baker and wrapper at same time how dumb is that.no more fresh bake on floor in morning you all get day old.sams is going down a thing of the past.

At my store we are are considered Bakery 1. At my store we both come in at 5 to 1:30, we help each other out. Yes we both do the baking and wrapping and breakout lol.
Fresh Lead's have always set their associates schedule's at my club, along with their own schedules. I've been doing it since I've worked here. I give my associates the days off they want as long as they produce and work hard.
Do you mean to say, a Bakery TL can change days a person's days off? Something not even the club manager said they could do?? Oh do tell! What other lies are people being told?
Category 48 doesn't belong to bakery any longer only 37. With that being said. The baker who bakes on your off days needs to kick it up a notch and bake accordingly or get rid of em. Fst basically tells you what's needed. Kick up the percentage and enjoy your days off. Your team lead needs to set expectations with those expectations expected for everyone
The post had nothing to do with a Bakery Lead . It was a baker that wrote the post . Complaining that they are off the days leading into the weekend ( aka busy days ). So they have to work double hard to get ready on Friday. And the baker member service / wrapping / truck / baking & break out for the next day !!!!! We don’t see anyone else doing four jobs and let’s not forget Catg 48 that no one is touching
Your teams schedule has nothing to do with yours. Fresh leads have a rotating 1 month set schedule that is independent from regular hourlies. That being said. As a Bakery TL you make $21+/h now and have basically Assistant Manager authorities. Figure it out... switch days if you have to. Have your associates switch days.
