Seems like everyone at my store is struggling hitting numbers and at the same time many reps are getting put on strick action plans.

Slamming has been going on before Verizon existed. Bell Atlantic- Nynex- many features were slammed....get a month of TDial or insurance-Digital paging ect... Add it on and customer doesn't take it off....rep got paid....numbers game. Slam 50 a month..20 deacts hit your up $$ on 30 ...if you hit multiplier you still came out ahead...HQ loved it
