Is it literally that digital books are no longer being utilized in this program? I don’t see a difference between the two.

Same old song and dance from 2007 onwards. This is the program created by Gary Shapiro. There is nothing new here, move on.
Horrible new name for the product.
They are the same, it was renamed and the structure of billing the students is different.
