We can all speculate that the things being said on these sights about Xerox layoffs are true or may be false we don't know at the end of the day. I can only see what has happened at my office. HCL has come in but there has yet to have been any layoffs. There have been several people that have quit maybe they found out something we haven't yet. They did stop our raise and bonuses this year thank you Xerox for sticking it up our asses on that. for some people that was like 30% or more of there pay. These people that have the controlling shares in Xerox only care about there own pocket and that is the norm when it come to working for a fortune 500 company they all operate this way. The people some of the people we have worked with for several years may loose there jobs and they may not. One thing is for certain this will not tell us we won't have a job in 5 months. hey at least the share holders will make there money selling there stocks. When is it enough money for these people. The real problem is the the people/workers for these big corporations if everyone walked out on Xerox from the core companies to Xerox employees themselves the corporation would have a different outlook on how they treat there employees. They'd stop the b---s--- but they know the it would never happen and why is that because they've been getting away with it for decades.

If you get an offer, leave. Don't wait for a bonus. Xerox is taking on water and is a sinking ship!
at my core Guatemala is coming too on the 8th, I honestly don't know if I can be civil, I know the end results, you want me to help people who will take our jobs, like how sick is that? HCL you are not welcome!!! You and Xerox have ruined the lives of so many people, do you believe in karma? I was going to try to stick it out for the stay bonus but every day I am inching closer to leaving, the whole thing is greed at its finest!
On the 8th my core will be training a few Guatemala people on how to do our jobs. They will be here for one month and will take what they learn home to work remotely. Good times.
